  • Payment not going through?

If you are placing an order on your mobile phone using mobile data, sometimes signal break up can prevent the security protocols being completed uninterrupted – if you can, connect to wifi or wait until you are in front of a computer, the payment should clear then without an issue.

  • Not received a confirmation order email?

If you don't receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please go back into your account and if the items are still in the basket your order did not go through. Please proceed to checkout and complete the order again.

  • Not received tracking delivery details?

If you have received a confirmation email but no delivery tracking details followed within 24 hours, please email; info@exchangesupplies.org with your order number so we can look into this for you.
