Company Code of Conduct


This Code of Conduct outlines the ethical and professional standards that employees of Exchange Supplies are expected to uphold.

We are collectively committed to conducting business in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, and all employees are expected to act in accordance with this commitment.

Professional Conduct
Exchange Supplies staff are expected to:

  • Act with honesty and integrity in all business dealings;

  • Treat all colleagues, customers, suppliers and partners with respect and fairness;

  • Avoid conflicts of interest or any activities that may compromise the company's reputation or interests;

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Exchange Supplies policies;

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information they have access to in the course of their work; and

  • Report any violations of this Code of Conduct or any other concerns they may have about Exchange Supplies to their line manager, managing director, or via the whistle-blowing policy.


Environmental Responsibility
Exchange Supplies staff are expected to:

  • Be mindful of their environmental impact and take steps to reduce waste and conserve resources;


  • Promote sustainable practices within the workplace and encourage others to do the same; and


  • Seek out opportunities to promote environmental awareness and sustainability in the wider community.


Social Responsibility
Exchange Supplies staff are expected to:

  • Act in a socially responsible manner and support the company's commitment to social justice and equality;


  • Avoid engaging in any discriminatory practices, whether on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, drug use, or any other factor.


  • Uphold the rights and dignity of all individuals, including colleagues, customers, suppliers, and partners; and


  • Support initiatives that promote social justice and equality, both within Exchange Supplies and in the wider community.


Reporting Violations
Staff who become aware of any violations of this Code of Conduct or any other concerns they may have about Exchange Supplies are expected to report them to their line manager, managing director, or via the whistle-blowing policy.

Exchange Supplies will investigate any reports of violations or concerns, and appropriate action will be taken.

Enforcement and Review
This Code of Conduct will be enforced fairly and consistently. Any member of staff found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

We will periodically review this Code of Conduct and update it as necessary to ensure that it remains effective and relevant.

By adhering to this Code of Conduct, Exchange Supplies staff can help ensure that the company continues to operate in an ethical, responsible and sustainable manner, and uphold its commitment to social justice and equality.
